Blight Committee Looking for Volunteers!: The Borough is seeking resident volunteers to serve on the Borough's Blight Committee. Borough Manager

Borough Council employs a manager to serve as its Chief Administrative Officer. The Borough Manager oversees the day to day operations of the Borough, works closely with Borough Council to develop and carry out the annual budget, and ensures Borough services are provided to residents in a professional and cost effective manner.

Borough Council appointed Ethan Imhoff to serve as its Borough Manager in June 2024. Mr. Imhoff has over twenty years of local and county government experience throughout Pennsylvania, including service as the Borough's Director of Community Development from 2004-11. Prior to serving as Borough Manager, Mr. Imhoff was the City Manager of the City of Johnstown, PA. Mr. Imhoff is a longtime Hollidaysburg resident, who also previously served as a volunteer of the Borough Planning Commission and Shade Tree Commission.
